Poland Work Permit Process
1-3 Year Work Permit
Available jobs include positions in packing, departmental store work, meat cutting, butchery, driving, general construction, customer service, and production line work in factories. The embassy will issue a one-year Type D visa with multiple entries, renewable each year, and potentially leading to permanent residency with a valid basis.

How to Apply for a Poland Work Permit
Once we receive your documents, the employer will review them, and a Skype interview may be conducted if needed. After receiving documents & payment contract signed, we will submit your documents to our attorney. The process for obtaining the Visa Issuance Letter (Work Permit) takes 8-12 weeks. Once issued, the letter will be sent to you by courier. You can then apply for a visa at the Polish Embassy in your country. The embassy will issue a one-year Type D visa, renewable annually, with the option to apply for permanent residency on valid grounds
